Tim Daly, Chief Executive Officer
Tim Daly is the founder of Vincodo and oversees client strategy and marketing operations. He brings over 15 years of direct marketing and Internet experience, and has served Fortune 500 companies both on the agency and client side. A highly sought speaker at industry conferences, he is recognized as an expert in Search Engine Marketing, especially for influencing Google’s algorithm changes while crafting unique strategies that produce significant improvements for his clients.
Prior to Vincodo, Daly co-founded ClearSight Interactive, an audience targeting data provider for Ad Exchanges and Ad Networks. In previous agency roles, Daly served as a Senior Vice President of Interactive Services with Unreal Marketing, where he oversaw planning and execution of online marketing campaigns for David’s Bridal, JP Morgan Chase, SpeedoUSA, and Calvin Klein. Daly held similar responsibilities at SendTec, where he founded the company’s search engine marketing and media planning divisions. Within a three-year time span, the division began servicing over 100 online marketing campaigns for major companies including: Intuit, Orkin, Bed Bath & Beyond, Oriental Trading Company, Skype, uBid.com, and Columbia House.
Before moving to the agency side of the business, Daly held various senior management positions within Office Depot’s catalog and interactive divisions, overseeing and developing acquisition marketing programs in online and offline channels.
Daly holds a B.S. in Business Economics from SUNY at Oneonta, and an M.S. in Marketing from the Lowry Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University, graduating with honors.
Tom Alison, Managing Director
Tom Alison is responsible for providing strategic marketing leadership and expanding new business opportunities, developing multichannel marketing campaigns and managing various operations for the company. He provides a senior management vision and perspective to client opportunities and our work.
Tom has served in senior marketing and management roles for major companies and advertising agencies with more than 30 years of experience in multichannel marketing and developing new media. He previously was senior vice president of strategic development and marketing for SendTec Inc., an agency specializing in search engine marketing, Internet advertising and direct response TV. In the database marketing arena he was VP Direct Channels at infoUSA (infoGroup), SVP of AcquireWeb, a leading email marketing and ad targeting technology provider and CEO of ClearSight Interactive where he worked with Tim Daly on new ad targeting technologies . In the past, Alison was Executive Vice President of Home Shopping Network, President of HSN Telemarketing, and EVP Sales and Marketing of NordicTrack responsible for all direct marketing, telemarketing and over 250 retail stores. On the agency side he was a Vice President at Wunderman in NYC and held management and consulting positions at other advertising and direct marketing agencies. On Madison Avenue Tom also led a consulting practice doing new media innovation and product development for high profile clients including ABC/Disney, AT&T, Avon, Brylane, CBS, CUC-Cendant, General Foods, Harlequin Books, LG Group, MasterCard, Microsoft, PBS, Prodigy, StoreSearch, Time Warner and helping launch the first cable TV home shopping channel in Korea.
Mr. Alison has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Davidson College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is the author of several marketing books and has been awarded patents for several new media technologies including addressable TV advertising.
Kristin Foley, VP Account Services
Kristin serves as the primary client and vendor liaison at Vincodo and oversees all aspects of project management at the Agency. She brings more than 15 years of marketing and advertising experience to the team having held leadership roles on both the client and agency side.
Prior to joining Vincodo, Kristin was the account lead on the Educational Testing Service business at MRM Worldwide, Princeton where she managed all aspects of their direct response marketing efforts including digital and offline channels. In addition, Kristin worked with numerous clients across a wide range of industries at Oxford Communications where she managed an account team and served as the lead digital project manager for clients in the higher education, pharmaceutical, retail, financial services and travel and tourism space.
Kristin is a graduate of Boston College and holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management.
David Waldman, VP Client Strategy & Development
David is responsible for overseeing new business development, marketing our agency’s servince offerings and providing strategic marketing recommendations with our clients primarily in the areas offline-to-online multi-channel marketing . David has over 25 years of direct and digital marketing experience.
Most recently he served as Client Marketing Strategist at IDM, Inc. where he focused on multi-channel direct marketing and email acquisition programs for clients that included MasterCard, Office Depot Max, Chicos, Harry & David, Princess Cruises, Hewlett Packard, New York Life Insurance and Practising Law Institute as well as white label services for various advertising agencies. He advised clients on sustainable budgets, maximizing budget spends, ROI and defining their key success metrics.
Prior to that, he was co-founder of Eclipse Direct Marketing in New York. He drove the leadership function in client planning and set up their sales pipeline and business development process. Previous to that he worked in leadership roles with Impower, NetCreations and 21st Century Marketing. David’s core expertise includes building and managing multi-sourced databases, marketing acquisition and retention program analysis, email marketing, data appending. online media placement and programmatic data on-boarding.
Waldman holds a B.S. in Marketing from NYU Stern.
Drew Brooke, VP Marketing Services
Drew guides strategy and execution for all clients at Vincodo and personally manages optimization and account development for a various key accounts. He brings more than 6 years of leadership and hands-on experience directly managing pay-per-click and direct response marketing channels for over 70 clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in a diverse range of industries.
Before Vincodo, Drew led the paid search group at the digital agency Unreal Marketing, as Manager of Performance Marketing. In this role he was accountable for retention of key accounts through the development of enhanced optimization and tracking techniques to ensure adherence to ROI targets and maximizing volume within those goals. Some of the most visible accounts he worked on included David’s Bridal, SpeedoUSA, Calvin Klein, and Career Education Corporation.
Drew has a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Delaware.
